TERMS
AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
Performances
require a written agreement at lest 15 business days prior to the show date.
The promoter /
employer is responsible for any permits or license needed to perform at said
venue

Appearance
Scheduled with in a 200 mile radius of New York City, no travel arrangements are
necessary. The following may be needed from the employer / Promoter.
Living
1-
Accommodations during the performance stay. This includes rooms for each
band member with private shower, telephone and TV. Parking accommodations. (Or
compensatory payment.)

IF THE MERSEYBEAT IS
SCHEDULED OUTSIDE A 200 MILE RADIUS OF NEW YORK CITY
The following is needed from the employer / Promoter along with the living conditions listed above.
1- Air travel: Each member will require an air ticket to
the show destination from any N.Y. airport as well as transportation to and from
living accommodations, show and airport.
(Or compensatory payment.)
2-
For performances that require air travel, the performance Equipment that will be
provided includes, a sound system adequate for the size venue the performance
will take place. This will includes at least four working monitors, microphones
with stands, PA speakers and a competent sound engineer. A drum kit will be
provided to the band consisting of the following
One
snare drum
One
kick drum with pedal
One
tom drum
One
floor drum
One
set of high hat cymbals with stand
One ride cymbal with stand
(C) Payment
1- A deposit may be agreed on to be paid before the Performances
The
promoter / employer will present Payment in full after the performance has
completed
2-
The Promoter / employer has the option to cancel the show up to 24 hours before
show time as long as half of the full amount above is paid.
3- If
the promoter cancels the show less then 24 hours before start time payment must
be made in full as agreed upon.
4- A
rain date may be agreed upon and added to the contract as a rider. If the rain
date is also canceled options 1 & 2 are applicable

Disclaimer
1-
Cancellation
by promoter / employer must be in writing.
2- The MerseyBeat is not liable for show cancellations due to the following. Road hazards i.e.: storms, heavy snow, flooding etc. flight delays, illness, or injury incurred by the band members.
3-
The
band members are not responsible for injury sustained
to anyone present in the venue or hired by the promoter / employer
